Q: What is the date and location of the SheMoney Summit 2024?

The SheMoney Summit 2024 will take place the evening of Thursday, June 6th starting at 5pm, followed by a full day of programming from 8am-5pm on Friday, June 7th, at the Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Q: Who is the SheMoney Summit for?

The SheMoney Summit is primarily for women+ who are passionate about their financial equity and agency. However, we welcome anyone who shares our mission and values, regardless of gender identity. *At SheMoney & ShePlace, we utilize women+ to welcome and include all self identifying women, including cis and transgender women, as well as non-binary and gender fluid individuals. While our community and offerings are catered to women+, we welcome the support of all allies who share our values.

Q: Is the SheMoney Summit only for money professionals?

No, the SheMoney Summit is open to ALL - whether you're a seasoned professional, a student, an entrepreneur, or someone who simply wants to learn more about the world of money.

Q: I'm new to the world of finance, will I still benefit from attending?

Absolutely! Our Summit is designed to cater to individuals with varying levels of experience. Our Money Talk speakers, workshops, activations, and networking opportunities cater to beginners as well as those with more advanced knowledge.

Q: What is the cost to attend the SheMoney Summit?

The SheMoney Summit Pass costs $349 USD.

Q: I'm interested in attending, but I'm unable to afford the price of the Summit pass.
Are there scholarships available?

Yes, we have a limited number of scholarship passes available. Please contact us for more information on how to apply. events@shemoney.com 

Q: When does registration open?

Registration opens on Thursday, April 4th, 2024. Early bird pricing of 15% off will be in effect until April 18th using the discount code EARLYBIRD15.

Q: Is there a cancellation policy for the SheMoney Summit?

Cancellations made by May 6th, 2024 are eligible for a 100% refund on the Summit pass price. Cancellations made by May 22nd, 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund on the Summit pass price. Regretfully, any cancellations made from May 23rd, 2024 are not eligible for a refund. Please note that all processing fees are non-refundable.

Q: What topics will be covered at the summit?

We will cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, societal, historical, and technological perspectives on money, financial health and trauma, investment strategies, negotiation skills, entrepreneurship, and many other money related topics.

Q: What time does the dinner and opening celebration start on Thursday, June 6th?

Onsite registration will open at 5pm on Thursday, June 6th, with the dinner and opening celebration kicking off at 6pm.

Q: What is the schedule for the full day of programming on Friday, June 7th?

Breakfast will be available starting at 8am on Friday, June 7th, and Summit programming will run from 9am-5pm. A detailed event schedule and workshop details will be made available two weeks prior to the Summit.  

Q: Will there be opportunities for networking?

Yes, networking is a key component of our Summit experience. We provide structured time to connect, as well as opportunities for informal networking throughout the Summit activations and workshops.

Q: Is there a dress code for the SheMoney Summit?

The dress code for the SheMoney Summit is business casual. We recommend comfortable attire and appropriate footwear as there may be some walking involved.

Q: Is the SheMoney Summit accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, we strive to make our Summit as accessible as possible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Will there be childcare services available during the SheMoney Summit?

We understand the challenges that come with attending events as a parent, and we hope to be able to offer this service in the future as we grow our company! 

Q: I have dietary restrictions. Will there be food options available for me?

Yes, we accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences. Please make sure to indicate your dietary requirements when registering for the Summit so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Q: Is there parking available at the Hyatt Regency?

Yes, the Hyatt Regency offers both valet and self-parking options for SheMoney Summit attendees. Rates may vary, so we recommend checking with the hotel for current pricing. City Creek parking, north-east of the hotel is the most economical option. 

Q: Can I bring a guest to the dinner and opening celebration on Thursday, June 6th?

The welcome dinner and opening party on Thursday, June 6th is for registered Summit attendees only. Please invite your guests to join you for the whole experience! 

Q: Is there a designated hotel for SheMoney Summit attendees?

Yes, the Hyatt Regency is the designated hotel for SheMoney Summit attendees. We recommend booking your accommodations early to secure a room at our special group rate.
