Data Consent

I consent to SheMoney & ShePlace collecting, processing, and using my personal data for event-related purposes, including registration, communication, feedback, and event improvement. Code of Conduct Waiver

As a participant at the SheMoney Summit, it is essential that you adhere to our Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. By attending SheMoney Summit, you agree to comply with the following terms:

By registering for SheMoney Summit, I agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct. Any breach of the code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the event without a refund. 

[ x ] Respectful Behavior: I will treat all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff with dignity and respect, irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other characteristic. I will engage in constructive and courteous communication and interactions at all times.

[ x ] Zero Tolerance Policy: I understand that the SheMoney Summit has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or hate speech. I commit to refraining from any behavior that may create a hostile or offensive environment, including verbal, physical, or written abuse, threats, intimidation, or discriminatory conduct of any kind.

[ x ] Professional Conduct: I will conduct myself in a professional manner during all sessions, workshops, networking events, and social activities associated with the SheMoney Summit. I will not engage in disruptive behavior that interferes with the event experience of others.

[ x ] Privacy and Consent: I will respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other attendees. I understand that materials shared during SheMoney Summit sessions are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, and I will not distribute, reproduce, or use such materials without proper authorization.

[ x ] Compliance with Venue Policies: I will follow all rules and regulations set forth by the venue hosting the SheMoney Summit. I will adhere to any additional guidelines or instructions provided by SheMoney Summit staff or volunteers.

[ x ] Financial Confidentiality: I understand that sensitive information regarding personal finances may be shared during the event, and I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of any personal financial information disclosed by fellow attendees.

[ x ] Reporting Violations: I understand that if I experience or witness any violations of this Code of Conduct, I should report them promptly to a SheMoney Summit staff member or volunteer or through our anonymous form. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

Media Waiver 

I authorize SheMoney and its affiliates to record my image and voice via digital recording, video tape, video camera, film, photograph, as well as my written feedback, or any other medium (collectively, the "Recordings"), and I grant She Money and its affiliates the irrevocable right and license to use those Recordings, and my likeness in connection with the Recordings, without additional compensation to me, throughout the universe and for an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, in connection with the promotion, advertising, sale, and publicizing of any products, services or programs of SheMoney or for any other purpose in furtherance of its business. I understand this includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit, distribute, and publicly display these materials. I waive any right of inspection or approval of the Recordings, and I agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the rights and permissions granted hereunder.
